UCHealth is seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our team at the Harmony Campus in Fort Collins, CO.
About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Model proficiency through precepting new nurses and contributing to a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to a safe and quality-focused work environment, adhering to evidence-based care models and standards.
- Participate in emergency department level of care, including level 1 trauma designation, and adhere to BCEN's certification standards.
