Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Benson Downs Luxury Apartment Homes in Renton, WA. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for managing the property and on-site staff in the absence of the Community Manager, touring and presenting the community to prospective residents, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the property and on-site staff in the absence of the Community Manager
  • Tour and present the community to prospective residents
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits
  • Administer late and non-sufficient check charges
  • Maintain accurate resident records and post all rents, deposits, and fees
  • Issue appropriate notices, such as late payments and evictions
  • Monitor local market trends and update property comparables
  • Report and follow up on service requests with the maintenance team
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of related multifamily property management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with property management software, such as Yardi
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
