Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Present financial solutions that meet customer goals and objectives, including loan products and insurance options.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the growth of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to provide the best possible service to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience
