Position Summary
Become a vital part of the HomeTech by Mosaic team as a Sales & Service Technician. Our company excels in delivering innovative solutions in connectivity, audio & entertainment, safety & security, smart automation & design, and IT management for residential and commercial environments.
The role of a Sales & Service Technician encompasses the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of state-of-the-art products such as televisions, audio systems, Wi-Fi networks, access control systems, and security technologies. We are looking for a candidate who prioritizes customer satisfaction, collaboration, efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal technician is committed to providing high-quality products, outstanding service, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess work orders, gather necessary materials, navigate to locations, and communicate installation specifics to clients.
- Implement low voltage wiring configurations for both residential and commercial projects.
- Establish connections, fixtures, and hardware for user equipment.
- Resolve intricate issues to guarantee the best performance of Internet, television, security, and entertainment services.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while discussing company services with customers.
- Complete tasks efficiently while ensuring superior customer service.
- Document job completion times and secure customer approval for completed tasks.
- May participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- A 2-year degree in telecommunications, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Willingness to learn and pursue certifications in various audio/video systems and Control4.
