Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of financial deliverables, starting from project initiation, job code creation, SOW generation, to media determination and invoicing.
  • Ensure timely monthly invoicing and compliance with client financial documentation requirements, including accruals and reconciliation requests.
  • Expertly develop and adhere to client best practices related to financial tracking, invoicing, and project scoping, while leading enhancements to these processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for significant client deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
  • Maintain the financial deliverables calendar, ensuring all internal and client deadlines are met.
  • Keep the internal team updated on job statuses through precise documentation and communication, including:
    • Drafting and updating billing calendars
    • Organizing financial deliverables
    • Routing materials for internal approval
    • Collecting and analyzing data
    • Sending updates and reminders to the team
    • Developing statements of work for media and fees, including intercompany agreements
    • Interpreting Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
    • Facilitating the implementation of new processes across client accounts
