FlynnO'Hara is seeking a full-time Team Lead - Nursing at our Philadelphia, PA distribution center. Responsibilities include leading a team that focuses on receiving/processing Incoming Receipts, processing Store Replenishment/Pre-Purchase Orders, and fulfilling Customer Pick Tickets. Additional responsibilities include Silk Screen and Embroidery Machine operation. The role is critical to helping the company quickly fulfill orders for custom school uniforms - particularly during the busy back-to-school season.

Specific Job Requirements

* Excellent Time Management and Prioritization Skills
* Ability to articulate roles, responsibilities, and goals.
* Previous experience leading a team of 10+ associates, a plus

* Ability to climb a ladder and lift boxes
* Ability to read, write, and speak English.
* Availability to work Saturday and overtime hours during peak back-to-school season (August & September) preferred
