Position:

Program Supervisor Salary:
Starting at $75,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in an on-call rotation to provide remote clinical support and supervision to MCORT teams.
  • Conduct reviews and approvals of at least 20% of MCORTS reports to ensure quality assurance.
  • Oversee direct care staff, offering consistent guidance, managing schedules, and addressing performance issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in a mental health discipline and a valid clinical license (LPC, LCSW, etc.) with a minimum of two years of post-master's professional experience in a psychiatric setting.
  • At least one year of prior supervisory experience is necessary.
  • Completion of CPR and First Aid training is required, along with the ability to apply these techniques when needed.
  • Participation in annual agency and job-related training is essential. Willingness to travel using agency vehicles is also required.

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license to operate agency vehicles. The 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams program provides services within the community, delivering immediate crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization services to prevent hospitalization and minimize law enforcement involvement whenever feasible. Mobile outreach teams, consisting of two staff members, are responsible for crisis assessment and support services throughout the designated region.
