Position Overview:

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

Compensation: $18-19 per hour based on experience

Role Summary

As a Customer Service Representative I (CSR I), your primary responsibility will be to assist both internal and external clients, as well as sales personnel, with order processing in a professional and efficient manner.

Administrative Duties:
  • Ensure accurate processing of customer transactions in the order entry system, including orders, quotes, and returns.
  • Maintain precise records for customers and territories, as well as document all customer interactions.
  • Generate necessary reports.
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in accordance with Company, State, and Federal policies.
  • Understand and adhere to Accounts Receivables policies and practices.
  • Verify pricing and terms according to standard procedures and customer profitability profiles.
  • Effectively multitask and navigate multiple computer systems and communication platforms simultaneously.
  • Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures.
Customer Engagement:
  • Build strong working relationships across various business functions, as well as with customers and manufacturing partners.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support; respond to inquiries, address questions, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate relevant information received from customers to the appropriate sales representative or management.
  • Identify customer needs and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
  • May conduct outbound calls to existing customers to identify and suggest additional products and services.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • General computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with SAP or related ERP systems.
Working Environment
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged use of computers and office devices throughout the workday.
  • Occasional lifting of packages up to 10 pounds, such as office supplies or equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Ability to understand and exchange accurate information with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.
Work Environment

This position is situated in an office setting where team members occupy designated workspaces or collaborative areas within the building. The primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers, and other office equipment necessary for professional services.

The potential compensation range for this role is provided below. The final offer amount may exceed this range based on various factors such as candidate location, experience, and skills.
