Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Hospice Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting our services within the healthcare community, building strong relationships, and driving growth for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Initiatives
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to generate referrals and increase admissions for our hospice and palliative care services.
Establish and Nurture RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, discharge planners, and other key referral sources.
Educate Healthcare ProvidersProvide education and training to healthcare providers and community organizations on our services, benefits, and eligibility criteria to increase awareness and understanding.
Work with Internal TeamsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and a positive experience for those referred to our programs.
Monitor and Analyze Referral TrendsTrack and analyze referral trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Represent the OrganizationRepresent Majestic Hospice & Palliative Healthcare at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and expand networks.
Achieve Sales and Admissions GoalsMeet sales and admissions targets, including revenue goals and quotas.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience in Healthcare MarketingAt least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably with a focus on hospice or palliative care.
Proven Success in Sales and Business DevelopmentProven success in sales, business development, or marketing within the healthcare sector.
Strong Interpersonal SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals and community partners.
Excellent Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-Motivation and Goal-DrivenHighly self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid Driver's LicenseA valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
