At Frontier Home Health and Hospice, we're seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting, under the care of an attending physician.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and a dependable vehicle in good working condition. They will also be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities will include evaluating and treating patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication. The Speech-Language Pathologist may often work with patients who have experienced a stroke, and those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson's disease and dementia.
