The Inventory Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. This role will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Accuracy: Ensure that all inventory records are accurate and up-to-date, and that any discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.
- Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts of our warehouse and trucks to ensure that our inventory levels are accurate and that any discrepancies are identified and addressed.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking, and to optimize our inventory levels.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with our suppliers to ensure that our inventory needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports on our inventory levels, sales trends, and other key metrics to inform our business decisions.
- Inventory Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including warehouse staff, finance team, and upper management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with inventory management software.
