Key Responsibilities

  8. Create and manage staffing plans to meet operational needs while maintaining productivity standards.

  11. Work with medical leadership to establish interdisciplinary care models.
  12. Represent management in grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Current RN License. A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in a clinical setting is required. Ongoing education in the field is essential.

Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or a related field. Certifications such as BLS (HCP) are preferred, along with relevant emergency and critical care certifications.
