Qualifications:

  • Minimum Formal Education: Bachelor's in Business required, with a focus on risk management or a related field.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a credit union or bank required, with at least four (4) years in a risk-focused capacity, preferably in a bank or credit union.
  • Other Requirements: Must be bondable; ERM/Risk Management or similar certification preferred, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly, with a focus on risk assessment methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across the organization, promoting a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and financial integrity, with a focus on regulatory compliance and internal controls.

Pay range and compensation package:

The pay range for this position starts at $90,000 per year and can go up to $100,000 depending on experience, with a comprehensive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth.
