Job Title: Contracts and Compliance Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Compliance Manager to join our team at NR Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and developing strategies to mitigate risk. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze contract requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company processes and procedures. • Develop and negotiate contractual documents and agreements. • Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders and contract customers to facilitate the contract life cycle from need identification to execution and performance. • Review and approve pricing for new contract agreements and modifications. • Assist in developing strategy, including pricing and terms reviews for quotes and contract agreements. • Communicate contract processes and procedures to internal teams. • Administer negotiation and contract documentation and maintain contract records. • Review, edit, and support policy, process, and guideline changes to maintain compliance with business processes within legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with relevant experience, including leadership and project lead roles. • Demonstrated leadership of multiple contracts of varying complexity and scope. • In-depth knowledge and understanding of contract management processes and all contract types. • Strong negotiating skills and ability to exercise sound business judgment and discretion. • Comprehensive knowledge of legal principles and ability to identify high-risk terms. • Ability to explain legal principles and risk issues and associated recommendations to key stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to create strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and contract customers. • Detailed knowledge of source selection and evaluation processes, including cost and price analysis. • Familiarity with general business operations and management functions and principles. • Ability to interact professionally and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
