Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Maryland Athletic Club Harbor East. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all female's and male's fitness areas, spa areas, and locker rooms
  • Sweep and vacuum carpet and floors using manual and power equipment
  • Mop, scrub, wax, shampoo, and spot clean carpet and floors
  • Clean woodwork, walls, and windows using common household equipment and cleaning products
  • Sweep sidewalks and entry ways
  • Replace light bulbs and toiletries
  • Keep equipment and supplies in order and request re-supply when needed

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional
  • Comfortable working under close supervision of a Manager and following an established routine
  • Experience working in the fitness, spa, hotel, and/or hospitality industry is a plus
