About the Role:
Center for Emotional Health is seeking a skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will work with patients to provide individual, group, family, and couple's therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain timely patient documentation through our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Refer patients internally to medication management, psychotherapy, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services when appropriate
- Complete documentation within 24 hours of seeing the patient
Requirements:
- License to practice in North Carolina (we will consider upcoming graduates)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation models: $54 (virtual), $60 (in-office) per patient seen (provisional license), $58 (virtual), $66 (in-office) per patient seen (fully licensed)
- FREE in-house LCMHCA supervision and monthly reimbursements for LCSWA supervision
- Flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time opportunities with remote and hybrid models
