About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team at Spring Health Behavioral Health & Integrated Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concerns.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with our clinical care navigation team and administrative support team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in our electronic health record system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health care.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in at least one state (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health, with a strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with technology, including electronic health records and online documentation.
  • Strong commitment to providing culturally competent and empathetic care to diverse populations.
