Dietitian Consultant

DiningRD is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will work with skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health to improve the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MDS assessments and document residents at high risk for nutritional problems.
• Participate in the care planning process and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Provide oversight to the food service department, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality of food.

Qualifications:

• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials.
• Licensed (if required by State).
• 2 years of consulting/long-term care experience preferred.
