Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Loyalty Software Engineer to become a vital part of our team at Dentsu. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the creation and upkeep of our platforms and services related to Loyalty and Promotion Software initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategic implementation of technology and operational processes
  • Craft high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
  • Design dependable and contemporary systems
  • Decompose intricate challenges into manageable tasks
  • Produce technical specifications, documentation, and training resources
  • Engage in design and code evaluations
  • Maintain loyalty systems and introduce new functionalities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical obstacles
  • Interface with clients to gather and refine technical specifications
  • Report directly to the Delivery Director of Loyalty Engineering
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Ruby, Rails, and MySQL
  • Extensive background in Software Engineering and the Technology sector
  • Proficiency in Version Control systems
  • Experience with enterprise-level web applications and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of automated software testing, real-time system integration, and cloud computing technologies
  • Skills in Java/Spring Boot, Redis, and AWS
  • Front-End expertise in CSS, JavaScript, and UI design
