Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Acute Rehab Unit at Faith Regional Health Services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist registered nurses with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Provide nursing care in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures
- Document patient care, including interventions, outcomes, and patient/family education
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Delegate and assign patient care to aides as needed
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or temporary from the State of Nebraska
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
- Previous clinical experience preferred
