Desktop Support Specialist

Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop issues for client employees onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications.
- Manage and install equipment in meeting rooms, including projectors, laptops, and videoconferencing tools.
- Monitor calls, incidents, and requests using the client-provided ServiceNow tool.
Requirements:
- Great customer service skills.
- Experience with desktop support, particularly with Windows 10 and Office 365.
- 12-24 months of experience in enterprise desktop support.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required.
