Job Description:

Job Summary

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service to guests during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure financial accuracy and identify any discrepancies
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as handle room assignments and key cards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations during the night shift
  • Prepare and distribute reports to management and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, with a focus on night audit and customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems
