Night Auditor

Courtyard by Marriott Princeton is seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Financial Management: Reconcile daily activity and close all accounts in preparation for the new day.
• Guest Service: Maintain positive guest relations at all times, work to resolve guest challenges, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Cash Handling: Process all payments according to established hotel requirements and cash handling procedures.
• Reporting: Run end of day program, close day, and prepare morning reports.

• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) or work equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar position in a hotel.
• Skills: Computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and experience with hotel systems.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8-hours in length, lift/transport at least 25 pounds, and push/pull carts and other equipment up to 100 pounds.
