Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calls.
- Meet with business owners and senior executives to review and analyze their current banking situation.
- Analyze customer loan and deposit needs and make recommendations.
- Cross-sell business products and services to existing customers.
- Effectively gather financial information and move loans through the system from inquiry to closing.
- Monitor and manage existing portfolio to ensure client needs are being met.
- Maintain and expand existing loan and deposit relationships with customers.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Practice exemplary security and loss prevention skills to ensure the bank's assets are protected.
- Process special handling requests for customers within reason and bank policy.
- Manage an effective follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate professional correspondence as needed.
- Work effectively with coworkers and employees in other departments of the bank.
- 3+ years of experience in sales in banking or lending required.
- Ability to work out of our Issaquah, WA or Bellevue, WA office.
- Retail sales and service experience, including cash handling preferred.
- Developing professional expertise and applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
- Working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of various factors.
- Exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
A reasonable estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $24.53/hr. to $36.79/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance. A business line incentive may be provided ranging from 0% - 1% per loan and 0%-2% per deposit, in addition to medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
