  • Stage materials for scheduled work and confirm receipt.
  • Assist the Customer Service Representative in processing additional service work.
  • Track parts on order and notify of delays.
  • Process warranty claims as required by Kohler and FPS.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a parts/warehouse environment.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
