Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for verifying and recording incoming and outgoing items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Verify bills of lading for accuracy and process all inbound and outbound orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving operations with the Warehouse Lead to ensure seamless execution.
- Generate all necessary paperwork and documentation for customer work orders, including tracking orders and posting inventory records.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, including "mail slots" and shipping and receiving tally documents.
- Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse operations to resolve any issues or concerns.
- High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
