Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Program Manager to join our team at Foundations Early Learning Center. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our curriculum, training teachers, and ensuring the highest quality of education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development and Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with state and national standards, and ensures the educational and developmental needs of our children are met.
  • Teacher Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to our teaching staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality education.
  • Classroom Management and Observation: Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure that our classrooms are well-managed, and that our teachers are providing a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and make recommendations for improvement to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Center Director and other staff members to ensure that our programs are aligned with the center's overall mission and goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a lead teacher in a licensed childcare facility.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Creative Curriculum, developmentally-appropriate practices, Environmental Rating Scale, and developmental milestones as defined by the state's early learning goals.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
