Vinyl Craft is a mobile business. Our customers are auto dealerships, body shops, boat shops and private customers. We mainly refurbish automobile interiors. We work at the surrounding the Charlotte and Raleigh areas. Our office is located in Sherrills Ford.

 

Dispatcher:

Answering customer calls

Scheduling and dispatcher technicians

Communicating with managers, technicians, customers and vendors

Using telephone, text messages, apps, and computer

Keeping our service app up to date

Keeping managers updated

Preparing estimates and work orders

Learn company’s pricing, guarantees and other policies

 

You must have:

Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition

Excellent clerical, fast typing and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel

Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties

Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods

Must know microsoft excel and microsoft word

Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time

Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances

Ability to relay information in a, at times, fast-paced environment

Proficient in English (oral and written)

Sound judgment and critical thinking

 

Inventory:

You will be responsible for making sure that the technicians have supplies, tools and equipment. Order supplies as needed. To keep track of all inventories. Keep the shop in order. Check equipment for defects. Stock new inventory.

 

Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar

Ability to create and use excel spreadsheets for inventory program

To update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Keeping track and records of inventory

Keeping shop in order

Mathematical and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Physical strength

Physical stamina

Excellent dexterity

 

Down Times:

Down times will be spent putting prommotional material together, helping in the office and other task.

We repair cuts, burns, gouges, scrapes, glass damage, discolorations, and more. We mainly work on motor vehicles. The items we work on are dashboards, steering wheels, bumpers, different types of panels, seats, arm rest, door handles, mirrors, navigation screens, and much more.

There is no selling. We dispatch the jobs out. We have an excellent regular customer list, which is always growing. Great reputation.
