Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Conduct advanced health assessments, utilizing knowledge and decision-making skills to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve care team objectives and provide continuity of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the appropriate state (if NP) or current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the appropriate state.
  • Current certification in CPR and national certification in applicable area.
  • 3 years prior APP experience required.
