Job Summary

We are seeking a Positive Behavior Support Specialist to join our team at CCRI Inc. The successful candidate will provide direct support to clients, staff, and/or family members with positive support services, including implementing behavioral plans and collecting and recording behavioral data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral plans to promote and increase skills and self-determination for individuals with disabilities
  • Collect and record behavioral data to inform support strategies
  • Provide direct support to clients, staff, and/or family members in home- and community-based settings
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a social services discipline or nursing
  • Two years of supervised experience working with individuals who exhibit challenging behavior and co-occurring mental disorders and neurocognitive disorders
  • Ability to complete required hours of training and demonstrate competencies within the first 90 days of hire
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and insurability standards
