Delta-T Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Administrator to manage our in-house corporate real estate function.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial lease administration and have experience coordinating with various stakeholders, including ownership, site managers, finance departments, legal teams, vendors, and landlords.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial leases, from negotiation to renewal.
  • Manage tenant communications, addressing space-related inquiries and building maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough lease reviews, ensuring accurate rental obligations, payment processing, and tracking of critical dates.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with vendors for various property services, including security, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all lease agreements, vendor contracts, and related documentation.
  • Prepare budgets, variance reports, and operating expense reconciliations to track financial performance.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely processing of lease-related payments and expense reimbursements.
  • Oversee building security access systems and implement safety protocols.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to commercial real estate.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial property management or lease administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with lease administration software is a plus.
