ORE, Inc. is seeking a motivated and passionate Field Sales Executive to cultivate leads and drive revenue in alignment with our sales objectives and commitment to delivering an Exceptional Rental Experience.
To excel in this position, candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and dynamics, coupled with exceptional interpersonal abilities. Previous sales experience is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and generating leads that align with ORE's strategic initiatives.
- Establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with both new and existing clients within a designated sales region.
- Consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas by promoting ORE's offerings to prospective and current customers.
- Negotiating, drafting, and submitting sales agreements for orders.
- Assisting in determining pricing structures for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Maintaining precise records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
- Traveling within the assigned sales territory to conduct in-person meetings with clients and prospects.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility through the development of effective marketing materials.
- Securing deposits and final payments from clients.
- Conducting client visits to assess needs or promote products and services.
- Formulating and executing a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Addressing client inquiries regarding credit terms, product offerings, pricing, and availability.
- Articulating ORE's competitive advantages within the marketplace.
- Analyzing competitors' products and pricing, as well as market trends.
- Staying informed about the latest industry advancements by participating in meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
- Strategically negotiating with both potential and existing clients to finalize sales.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in outside sales.
- Thorough understanding of the sales process and market dynamics.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Proficient in using computers for various tasks.
- Competence in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
