The Concessions Cook is responsible for the preparation and delivery of a diverse range of high-quality food items, including but not limited to burgers, chicken tenders, fries, hotdogs, and BBQ meats. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
  • Prepare and package food items efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Deliver exceptional food products while minimizing spoilage.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards, ensuring that all workstations are cleaned after each event.
  • Operate large-scale cooking equipment, including deep-fat fryers.
  • Adhere to sanitation, health, and safety regulations in all work areas.
  • Comply with the operational guidelines of ASM Global.
  • Manage inventory by cleaning, stocking, and tracking supplies, ensuring accountability.
  • Be flexible with work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for this role.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Concessions Manager and requires adherence to the dress code and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to follow instructions and execute tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Participation in all required training sessions for the Food and Beverage department.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of sanitary practices in food preparation.
  • Adherence to grooming and dress code standards.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality in a team setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail is critical.

Physical Requirements:

This role necessitates mobility within the facility and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 lbs.
