Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience. Your primary duties will include organizing and confirming guest reservations, processing requests and changes, and securing payment. You will also be responsible for activating and filing room keys, processing guest requests, and providing directions and information regarding property amenities and services.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and confirm guest reservations, requests, and changes
Process guest payments and secure payment
Activate and file room keys
Process guest requests and relay messages
Provide directions and information regarding property amenities and services

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
