This role offers a competitive starting salary along with an outstanding benefits package, including employer-matched 401(k) after a designated period, potential for additional incentives and bonuses based on performance, malpractice insurance, and coverage for Bar and CLE dues. Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and drafting of legal documents for submission to relevant entities
  • Drafting pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
  • Communication with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding case matters
  • Interviewing witnesses and preparing them for court testimony
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all prepared documents
  • Timely court appearances for assigned cases
  • Managing all aspects of assigned cases
  • Performing necessary administrative tasks, including filing and organizing documents
  • Conducting legal research on specific issues

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
  • Active Missouri license required
  • Experience in Family Law preferred, but not mandatory
  • Senior Associate roles available for candidates with five or more years of litigation experience
