About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join our Claims Litigation Office in Summit, NJ. As a litigation attorney, you will play a critical role in defending personal injury litigation cases from answer to trial, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Defend personal injury litigation cases from answer to trial, utilizing strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Independently manage cases, making sound decisions and taking initiative to resolve issues.
  • Provide superior customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve case goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve case outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials.
  • Active license to practice law in New Jersey and a member in good standing with the state bar.
  • 1-5 years of experience in insurance defense, preferably with trial experience.
  • Strong automation and technical skills, with experience working in a paperless environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some required presence in the office and some remote work arrangements.

What We Offer:

  • Potential yearly salary range: $125,625 - $135,000.
  • Potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary.
