Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, including transactions, account openings, and product referrals.
  • Educate customers on banking products and services, identifying opportunities to increase share of wallet and improve customer financial wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with branch staff and PNC ecosystem partners to deliver a unique customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience not necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
