Job Title: Customer Care Specialist II

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Specialist II will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and timely support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
