Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Customer Care Specialist II will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and timely support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
