Job Summary

This is a leadership position responsible for managing one or more functional areas within a region. The successful candidate will provide direction and leadership to achieve goals and implement change. Key responsibilities include safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, cost-effective resource allocation, staff selection and development, process improvement and oversight, major project management, and daily field operations activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans, including O&M and capital budgets, and monitor ongoing progress to ensure goal achievement.
  • Oversee and evaluate work processes, identify and implement process improvements, and create a climate of innovation.
  • May be responsible for senior management budget analysis, KPI and mandated inspection reporting.
  • Select, train, and develop personnel, guide and appraise work of subordinates, and reward and discipline as appropriate.
  • Coordinate key contract bids and awards with procurement, research and resolve invoice processing and payments with finance and procurement, and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, and safe work procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years relevant experience required.
