Job Summary:

Timber Dental is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in a specialty support role. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our oral surgery and periodontics specialists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist oral surgery and periodontics specialists with patient care and treatment procedures
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of oral surgery and periodontics procedures and protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other team members to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Oregon X-ray Certification
  • 2 years experience preferred, with at least 1 year in specialty
  • EFDA preferred
  • Open Dental knowledge is a plus, but is easy to learn if you can operate an iPhone
