About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Timber Dental. As a Specialty Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Oral Surgery and Periodontics specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the dental operatory, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Provide support to the Oral Surgery and Periodontics specialists during procedures, including patient preparation, instrument handling, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical and dental histories.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Oregon X-ray Certification
  • 2 years experience preferred, with at least 1 year in specialty
  • EFDA preferred
  • Open Dental knowledge is a plus, but is easy to learn if you can operate an iPhone
