The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a private practice or hospital setting.
Certifications:
DAANCE, IV Sedation, X-Ray, BLS, ACLS.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of oral surgery procedures, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Integrity, honesty, compassion, effective communication, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide chair side assistance during surgical procedures.
Ensure patient comfort and safety by monitoring vital signs and administering anesthesia.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
Contribute to a positive patient experience through excellent communication and empathy.
Our Commitment to You:
We offer a competitive hourly pay ($29-$34/hour) and a unique opportunity to share in the practice's success through our profit-sharing program (after one year).
Once we have transitioned to a full-time practice, you will have the option to elect health benefits, 401K, and a wellness stipend.
