Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing intensive therapy to youth ages 12 to 17 who are at-risk of placement out of the home due to their behaviors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of counselors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality MST services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the complex needs of youth and their families.
  • Collaborate with community-based staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff to enhance their clinical skills and job performance.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a social services discipline.
  • At least one year of experience working with MST intensive in-home services.
  • One year of experience in a clinical counseling or case management setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
