About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at NorthPoint Development LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our industrial commercial real estate customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and courteous responses to tenant requests and generate work orders for vendors or maintenance staff.
  • Ensure 24-hour emergency coverage for the property at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the commercial property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including lease agreements, correspondence, and property information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Asset Management team to develop and implement property operating budgets and capital plans.
  • Track tenant lease expirations and plan for move-outs and renewals.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new tenants and ensure a smooth transition of properties from development to property management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of direct commercial and industrial property management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with maintenance, accounting, and tracking software, such as Yardi and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable and flexible, with a high level of confidentiality.
