Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate regularly with the Billing Manager to address financial issues, set priorities, enhance processes, and review billing status.

Propose improvements to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Examine financial data to identify issues and trends.

Keep accurate and comprehensive billing records and documentation.

Prepare complex Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Project Billing, and recurring billings for various services.

Assist the supervisor with training, departmental changes, and special projects.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrated experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar accounting role, preferably in the financial sector.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and issues.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Experience with billing software and systems is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
