Job Summary

As a Performance Management Reporting Analyst at Pattern Energy Group, you will play a critical role in providing analytical support to the Operations group. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to the Operations group for all of Pattern Energy Group's fleet of operating assets.
  • Assist with business intelligence improvements within the Operations group, including design and testing.
  • Prepare high-quality materials, including strategic presentations, business performance summaries, key business risks, and key trends for various audiences.
  • Support the group in the design, preparation, and analysis of fleet performance reports of Operations KPIs.
  • Identify, understand, analyze, and communicate key drivers of performance variance to support the Operations group in identifying and implementing performance improvement strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical, statistical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Intermediate project management skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a financial analyst, market analyst, asset management, or financial planning role.
