Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technician II Lead to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing radiology staff and departmental workflow, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate assignments to staff and provide clear directions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Perform regular quality reviews of diagnostic images and work with staff to improve technical skills.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform departmental decisions.
  • Participate in the interview process and contribute to the development of new team members.
  • Collaborate with the imaging department to develop and implement educational programs and environmental rounds.
  • Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and ensure accurate patient information.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography.
  • ARRT (R) certification.
  • Texas Medical Board licensure.
  • American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician.
