Compensation:$75,000 - $135,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize a systematic checklist to thoroughly inspect all vehicle systems, including the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and braking systems.
- Establish protocols for documenting diagnostic tests and repairs, and acquire necessary technical manuals throughout our service centers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as required, such as fluid checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and oil changes.
- Communicate automotive system issues to customers clearly to ensure a transparent repair process.
- Follow manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and enhance customer satisfaction.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Completion of a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology is required; an associate degree is advantageous.
- ASE certification or a comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
