Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at Campbell Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with personal lines clients and growing the book of business through new client sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the book of business and expand existing client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely and accurate quotations and policy processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide targeted solutions to clients.
- Hold the insurance license required by your state and have a minimum of two years of personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience, as well as a Bachelors Degree or comparable work experience.
- Possess a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain an existing client base.
- Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
- Bonuses and commissions available for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
