Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will play a vital role in the financial management of Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC. This position is responsible for addressing client billing issues, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

This opportunity offers a chance to work with a leader in the heavy-lift and heavy-haul industries, utilizing our expertise to deliver turn-key services to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process client invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any discrepancies or concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving any outstanding issues

We are offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
